GLASS PROCESSING & INSULATED GLASS

Every pane accounted for.

Customers order through their own portal, you plan the cutting from your stock sheets, and every insulated unit — shown in 3D before it is made — is followed by its barcode through production, onto the rack and out to delivery.

Each insulated unit in 3D from its saved recipe, and the guillotine plan for the stock sheets.

Real screens from the live product — no mock-ups.

Stop doing it by hand.

Every hour spent retyping lists, recounting steel and phoning the workshop is an hour not spent winning the next order. These are the jobs Factory OS takes off your desk.

  • № 01Glass Processing

By handRetyping order lists that arrive as PDFs and spreadsheets.

With Factory OSImport the lines from PDF or Excel and review them once — or let customers enter them in their own portal.

  • № 02Glass Processing

With Factory OSGuillotine cut plans per glass type with kerf and trim; usable offcuts go back into stock.

  • № 03Glass Processing

By handWalking the floor to find out where a unit is.

With Factory OSEvery unit carries its own barcode. One scan shows its stage — cut, washed, assembled, checked.

  • № 04Glass Processing

By handPhone calls to agree which rack goes on which truck.

With Factory OSLoad racks by scan, with the weight on each side; every trip leaves with its list and the racks are followed back.

From the order to the loaded rack.

Each unit keeps the identity it was given with the order, so the office, the floor and the driver are looking at the same piece.

  1. 01

    Take the order

Enter sizes by hand, import order lines from PDF or Excel, or receive requests from customers through their portal. Prices come from the product recipe per m².

  2. 02

    Plan the glass

Reserve sheets and spacers, then build guillotine cut plans per glass type with kerf, trim and rotation rules. Usable offcuts go back to stock.

  3. 03

    Make every unit traceable

Each physical unit gets a permanent barcode label. Scans move it through cutting, washing, assembly and the quality check.

  4. 04

    Load and deliver

Load racks by scan, side by side, with the recorded weights. Plan the trip, record departure and delivery, and follow the racks back.

  5. 05

    Close the books

Issue quotations and invoices, record supplier invoices and expenses, and see cost and profit per client.

UNIT TRACKING

One barcode. The whole journey.

A permanent code is created for every physical unit when the order is saved. Each scan records the stage; a damaged unit is replaced and stays linked to the original.

01

Show the unit before it is made

Every order line opens in 3D from its saved recipe: panes, spacer, total thickness, area and glass weight.

02

Let customers order themselves

Window factories send requests through their own portal, accept your quotation and reorder saved configurations. They never see your costs or stock.

03

Get more out of every sheet

Cut plans are checked for bounds and overlaps before approval. Adjust a layout by numbers and print every sheet for the operator as one PDF.

04

Know where every unit is

Scan with the phone camera or a barcode scanner. Damage is recorded against the unit, and the replacement stays linked to the original.

05

Buy before you run short

Multi-line purchase orders per supplier, partial receipts and a reorder report that counts reservations and open purchases.

06

Know what each client brings in

Client reports with a customer PDF and an internal cost-and-profit PDF, built from the same order values.

Bring orders in. Send clear sheets out.

Order lines come in from PDF and spreadsheets for review. Cutting sheets, labels and documents go out as PDF. Machine-control files are not generated.

PDF · Excel · CSV · order import
Order lines are read into an editable table and reviewed before saving. Image-only PDFs need OCR first.
PDF · cutting sheets
All sheets of a plan in one operator PDF, with each piece’s position and size.
CODE128 · unit labels
One label per physical unit, laid out in the label designer and printed at the printer’s real size.
PDF · quotations & invoices
Issued documents keep their template, logo and prices exactly as sent. An email draft (.eml) carries the same PDF.

B2B PARTNER PORTAL

Your dealers sell.Your factory builds.

Give every dealer, installer and reseller their own portal. They configure your products, see their price, send their client a branded offer and order from you — without a phone call, and without ever seeing your costs.

Your dealers & installers

Quotes, orders and their own clients in one place — any time, in their own language.

YOUR FACTORYFACTORY OSPartner portal
HOW IT CONNECTS

One portal for your partners, shaped around what your factory makes.

  • They sign up. You approve.

Dealers register themselves; you approve each one and set their terms — your margin per partner and discounts per product category.

  • Your products, priced live.

Partners configure in a live drawing and see their price as they go — always from your current price book, never an old spreadsheet.

  • They sell under their own brand.

Their logo, their terms, their markup, up to three discounts per line and VAT. Your name and your price never appear on the offer their client gets.

  • Your costs stay yours.

Partners see their price and their client’s price. Never your costs, materials, stock or cutting lists.

  • No retyping. No misread orders.

The accepted offer reaches your desk as the exact configuration. The material list, bars and stock deduction follow from the order drawings — and you lock it once production starts.

  • They see every order move.

Confirmed, in production, ready, in transit, delivered — with the expected date and transport reference. Change a position, and the partner sees exactly what changed.

Switch without stopping the factory.

You keep working while we set it up. We start from one of your real jobs and build the system around the way your team already works.

  1. 01

    Start with a real job

We walk through one of your projects together and find where time and money get lost between the office and the floor.

  2. 02

    Set it up your way

Your products, prices, roles and modules — configured around how your workshop already runs, not the other way round.

  3. 03

Bring your data, train your people

We bring across the price lists, stock and customers you choose, and train each person on the screens they will actually use.

  4. 04

    Go live and grow

Start with the agreed workflow, then switch on more as your team is ready — with the people who set it up still on hand.

SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN PROJECT

Bring one project. See the whole workflow.

Tell us what you make and where the work slows down. We’ll take one of your real projects through the system — from the first offer to the factory floor — so you see your own work in it, not a sales slideshow.

Your request goes to the Bizzapify team. We’ll use these details to respond to your enquiry.
